Welcome to my website.  I’m an independent consultant working internationally to help companies and organizations face the impact of technology and competitive forces as they strive for growth, profitability, and market share in this tough economy.

I’m a real consultant – not some guy between jobs!  I’ve been working hands-on with senior executives in Fortune 500 companies to get real results for 25 years.  I'm an executive coach --- I don’t write voluminous reports or academic white papers for a living.

Lately, much of my work has been in e-business, mobile internet, m-commerce, and CRM --- but I also work in the “Old Economy” as well --- I've worked on-site in steel mills, nuclear power plants, and airports as well as with telecoms operators, portals and IT suppliers.  I have a special focus on the Asia-Pacific region and operate out of Singapore and California.

What I mainly help my clients do is to design and deal with change and innovation --- especially when it is driven by technology and competition.  I do that through specific assignments and also executive coaching and workshops to transfer tools and knowledge to management teams.

I will ask the hard questions about where your business is going, and how you can more effectively manage customers, partners, technology, cost and people --- and I will work directly with you and your team to find the answers and get the results.
